Intellectual Property

All original songs, audio recordings, photographs, watercolor illustrations, artwork, written materials, and other content appearing on this website are the property of Chanson Magique and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, or used without authorization from Chanson Magique.

Our Services

Chanson Magique offers French music classes for young children as well as musical birthday parties in Montreal.

Birthday Parties

Birthday party experiences include approximately 45 minutes of interactive musical activities.

Travel is included for locations approximately 20 minutes by car from Montreal. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this area.

Travel may be available for locations up to approximately 45 minutes from Montreal, subject to availability.

Bookings & Payment

A $50 deposit is required to confirm a birthday party booking.

The remaining balance is payable according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a birthday party is cancelled:

5 days or more before the event:
The deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administration fee.

Less than 5 days before the event:
The deposit is non-refundable.

Photos & Videos

Chanson Magique will not publish photos or videos of participating children taken during classes or events without the explicit written permission of their parents or legal guardians.

Supervision & Responsibility

Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults remain fully responsible for supervising their children throughout all Chanson Magique classes, birthday parties, and activities.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
